We are supporting our client, a top-tier global investment bank, in their effort to grow their tax advisory team by recruiting a new VP-level candidate. Focusing on international financial markets, this role will provide tax advisory and consultation across the Group's live market transactions. This is a high-profile position within a high-performing and collaborative team.

Responsibilities :

• Taking ownership and accountability for markets and investment business tax advisory.
• Providing ongoing support and advice to the Group's Global International Market division and Global Corporate Finance.
• Advising on the tax implications of Group M&A transactions.
• Driving tax strategy for the financial markets division while ensuring a robust governance framework and adherence to risk parameters.
• Ongoing liaison with external consultants, advisors, and international tax authorities where appropriate.
