Job Description
As a Global Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and guiding the regional Global Sales team, driving revenue growth, and strengthening Millennium Hotels' presence across key markets. The role requires strategic oversight, high-impact relationship management, and strong leadership to foster a high-performance, customer-centric sales culture aligned with the company's overall business objectives in the hospitality industry.
Key Job Responsibilities :
- Provide leadership and direction to the Middle East Global Sales team, ensuring clear targets, motivation, and ongoing development.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction, growth, and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue from key accounts and new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate clients, travel management companies (TMCs), and other strategic partners.
- Lead negotiations and close high-value corporate contracts and global strategic partnerships across Millennium Hotels.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and company objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Represent Millennium Hotels at key trade events, client meetings, and industry forums across the region.
- Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
- Adhere to the company's environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
