Key Responsibilities Assist in processing monthly payroll and salary disbursements Maintain and update employee payroll records and attendance data Coordinate with HR and finance departments for accurate payroll inputs Verify timesheets leave records and overtime calculations Ensure compliance with labor laws tax regulations and company policies Prepare payroll reports and assist in audits when required Handle employee payroll inquiries professionally and promptly Requirements Diploma or bachelor s degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related field Prior experience in payroll processing or HR administration is preferred Familiarity with payroll software and MS Excel Good numerical accuracy and attention to detail Strong communication and organizational skills Immediate availability preferred
