• A passionate individual with a Cache L3 qualification or higher (or a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field, with a Master's degree a plus).
• Proven experience as a Nursery Teacher or similar role.
• Strong understanding of child development theories and best practices.
