Guest experience at Luxury Hotels A subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC oversees a range of hospitality assets and brands such as Address Hotels Resorts Vida Hotels and Resorts and Rove Hotels Focused on luxury upscale lifestyle and contemporary midscale accommodations This is a fulltime onsite position Will be tasked with crafting authentic Italian cuisine supervising kitchen operations ensuring topnotch food quality and upholding hygiene standards Daily responsibilities include menu design ingredient sourcing cooking dish presentation and team management The role necessitates compliance with company protocols and collaboration with suppliers and stakeholders to secure fresh highquality ingredients Qualifications Proficiency in Italian cuisine ingredient selection and culinary techniques Experience in menu planning and creation Capability to oversee kitchen functions and personnel Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to hygiene and safety regulations Superb culinary abilities and artistic flair in food display Strong communication and leadership aptitude Flexibility in working hours encompassing weekends and holidays Relevant culinary accreditation or degree Prior experience in a similar role within the hospitality field is advantageous
