Black & Grey HR is hiring a Service Engineer (Weighing Scale) for a reputed client specializing in high-precision machinery for the jewelry manufacturing industry. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting digital weighing scale machines at client sites, along with promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs). This is a field-based role requiring technical expertise and strong customer service skills.
Responsibilities :
- Install and calibrate new digital weighing scale machines at client locations.
- Conduct scheduled maintenance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and provide emergency support.
- Diagnose and resolve technical faults with precision and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all client visits.
- Promote AMC services and generate leads during on-site visits.
- Follow up on AMC renewals and convert potential leads into new contracts.
- Deliver product demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients and provide timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, technical support, and escalations.
- Adhere to all SOPs and safety protocols during service activities.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or a related field.4–5 years of hands-on experience in servicing digital weighing machines – experience in the jewelry sector is highly preferred.Strong technical understanding of precision instruments and calibration techniques.Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.Customer-centric attitude with problem-solving abilities and sales orientation.Willingness to travel to client sites and work in the field.Benefits
