Key Responsibilities Builds and manages longterm customer relationships partnerships and responsible for customer satisfaction through executing the sales process Seeks out qualifies and closes new sales opportunities with a specific focus on new business growth Provide technical support and training to clients ensuring they are wellinformed about product features and benefits Achieve and exceed sales targets contributing to the overall growth and success of the company Generating inquiries through market visits to contractors consultants retailers dealers and distributors Ensuring customers are periodically updated on the latest software catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable in coordination with the Application Engineering Team Continuous follow up and update for Pipeline projects Creating quotations inline with the inquiry specifications and regular follow up Qualifications Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field 02 years of experience in sales engineering with a focus on RLC VRF systems in UAE market Proven track record of successfully managing complex sales processes and achieving sales targets Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools Valid Driving License This role is for Emirati candidates Additional Requirements Experience with highprofile projects in the UAE particularly in Dubai Familiarity with local regulations and standards related to HVAC systems Strong problemsolving skills and a customercentric approach You will be redirected to the company website to apply for this position
