Villaggio Hotels Resorts is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to provide excellent customer service to our guests The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors ensuring smooth checkins and checkouts handling phone calls and assisting with various administrative tasks to support the hotels operations Key Responsibilities Greet guests and visitors in a warm and professional manner Manage checkins checkouts and room assignments Answer phone calls direct inquiries and take reservations Maintain guest records and assist with administrative duties Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner Requirements Previous experience as a Receptionist or in customer service hotel experience is a plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Positive attitude attention to detail and ability to handle highpressure situations Fluency in English knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
