QA QC Manager

QA QC Manager Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Quality Assurance and Control Develop implement and maintain QAQC plans and procedures for construction projects Compliance Ensure all project activities comply with local regulations international standards and client requirements Performance Metrics Monitor and report on quality performance metrics and recommend improvements Inspections and Testing Oversee inspections and testing to verify compliance with project specifications Audits Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure adherence to QAQC procedures Subcontractor Coordination Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to ensure materials and workmanship meet required standards Team Leadership Lead and mentor the QAQC team to ensure effective implementation of quality policies Collaboration Collaborate with project managers engineers and stakeholders to resolve quality issues promptly Documentation Prepare and maintain comprehensive QAQC documentation including inspection reports nonconformance reports and corrective action plans Reporting Submit regular quality reports to senior management and clients highlighting project quality status and risks Risk Management Identify and assess potential quality risks and implement measures to mitigate them Corrective Actions Ensure corrective actions are effectively implemented for identified issues Requirements Civil Engineering Degree BE BTech in Civil Engineering Experience Over 10 years of QAQC experience in the UAE construction industry preferably with contracting firms Qualifications Proficiency in quality management systems and tools including ISO standards Skills Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills
