Subcontracts Engineer Sr Contracts Engineer Job Location UAE Job Responsibilities Draft review and negotiate the Subcontract Agreements with the Subcontractors Ensure that the Subcontract Agreements are comprehensive clear and legally sound Maintain a database of all contracts Subcontracts and ensure they are uptodate Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions Prepare Manage the Subcontract amendments notices and terminations disputes Develop and track key performance indicators KPIs related to contract management Prepare Review and Monitor the contractual correspondences and ensure the notices are issued in accordance with the contract Provide regular reports to senior management on contract performance risks and opportunities Desired Candidate Profile Education Typically a bachelors degree in law civil engineering with contracts experience or a related field Advanced degrees or certifications e g RICS Certified Commercial Contracts Manager CCCM are often preferred Experience 10 years of experience in contract management procurement or a related field Technical Skills Proficiency in contract conditions understanding of legal terminology and strong analytical skills Soft Skills Excellent communication negotiation and organizational skills Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
