Job Title Female Hair Educator Location United Arab Emirates UAE Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Educator to join our team in the UAE dedicated to training hairstylists and beauty professionals in the region The ideal candidate will have expertise in various hair techniques and products as well as experience in delivering professional training programs tailored to diverse clientele As a Hair Educator you will play a pivotal role in developing skills promoting best practices and ensuring excellence in the hair and beauty industry within the UAE Key Responsibilities Design and deliver tailored training programs focusing on hair cutting coloring styling treatments and extensions addressing the specific needs of the UAE market Conduct handson workshops and seminars for hairstylists ensuring they master advanced techniques for multicultural and diverse hair types Keep abreast of the latest global and regional trends in hair care and integrate them into training sessions Provide expert product knowledge including the correct usage of professional haircare products and tools available in the UAE market Collaborate with salon owners and beauty brands to identify training needs and create customized educational programs Evaluate trainees skills through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to ensure continual improvement Support the promotion of your company s products and services through educationbased events and partnerships Maintain a professional and inspiring learning environment while representing the company at trade shows and industry events Requirements Extensive experience as a hairstylist or educator with an indepth understanding of Middle Eastern hair care needs and preferences Professional certifications in hairdressing or cosmetology Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to a multicultural audience Familiarity with international trends and experience with hair techniques suited for the UAE s diverse population Proficiency in delivering inperson and virtual training programs Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple training schedules Fluency in English knowledge of Arabic is an advantage Company Profile Positions Abroad is a professional recruitment and selection agency recruiting for the wellknown clients around the world and helping them to find the best possible candidates globally for their high paying positions
