Source and procure construction materials equipment and subcontracted services in line with project requirements Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure the most costeffective deals and favorable terms Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships Prepare purchase orders RFQs and other procurement documents Coordinate with project and site teams to track material requirements and delivery schedules Ensure materials comply with technical specifications and quality standards Monitor market trends prices and delivery conditions to identify potential savings Maintain procurement records and generate regular reports on cost and delivery performance Assist in preparing and reviewing procurement budgets and forecasts
