Can Join Immediately Experience 68 years in the construction industry with strong expertise in construction services for Villas Buildings building maintenance Salary AED 6 8 per month Based on experience The ideal candidate will have 68 years of experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all onsite activities ensuring the timely and accurate execution of construction projects Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant regulations safety standards and company policies Monitor project progress and prepare daily weekly reports for management You will have a strong delivery background You will show excellent management and interpersonal skills as well as a very strong technical background and understanding of construction and commercial and contractual awareness As a smart and enthusiastic Civil Construction Engineer you will understand the complexities of a largescale civil construction projects Liaise with clients subcontractors and vendors to ensure seamless communication and progress Manage and supervise site workers ensuring efficient use of resources and addressing any challenges promptly Oversee the quality control of all work performed onsite ensuring work is done to the required specifications and standards Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with construction drawings specifications and safety requirements Prepare and maintain necessary documentation such as site logs incident reports and daily progress reports Resolve any onsite issues or disputes that may arise during the course of the project Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field Minimum of 68 years of experience in a construction site engineering role preferably in the UAE Strong knowledge of construction procedures safety regulations and quality standards Proficient in the use of project management software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus Location Al Ain UAE
