HR Executive Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Oversee endtoend recruitment processes including job postings screening interviewing and onboarding Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals Handle employee relations address grievances and provide conflict resolution support Manage payroll processing attendance tracking and benefits administration Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations Conduct performance appraisals and support career development initiatives Organize employee training and development programs Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive work environment Skills Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices Proficiency in HR management systems HRMS and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional interpersonal communication and problemsolving skills Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities 3 years of experience as an HR Executive or in a similar HR role Certification in HR e g CIPD SHRM PHR is a plus
