Warehouse Coordinator

Key Responsibilities Receive inspect and record incoming shipments Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records Organize and maintain warehouse layout for efficient storage Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel Prepare shipping documents and oversee dispatching Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies Ensure safety protocols are followed in the warehouse Report on stock status and warehouse activities to management Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or logistics Strong organizational and inventory management skills Knowledge of warehouse safety standards Proficiency in inventory software and MS Office Good communication skills Ability to work under pressure and multitask
