STUDENT COUNSELOR

We are seeking experienced and empathetic Student Counselors to support students emotional social and academic growth The ideal candidate should possess relevant qualifications strong interpersonal skills and a passion for guiding students through academic and personal challenges Key Responsibilities Provide counseling to students on academic emotional behavioral and social issues Develop and implement intervention strategies and wellness programs Support students personal development career guidance and goal setting Work closely with parents teachers and school leadership to ensure student success Promote a safe inclusive and respectful school environment Maintain accurate records in line with confidentiality and safeguarding policies Requirements Bachelors Master s degree in Psychology Counseling or a related field Certification or license in counseling preferred Previous school counseling experience UAE experience preferred mandatory Excellent communication and problemsolving skills Deep understanding of student development and child protection
