Job description : Responsible for building and managing the Enterprise Sales for the MEA region at Rakuten Symphony Cloud. Accountable for delivery revenue, managing Go To Market through partner and direct sales. Will be reporting to the EMEA Sales Director, Enterprise Cloud.

Responsibilities :

  • Ownership of the Middle East & Africa sales plan.
  • Responsible for developing a healthy pipe and cover to deliver the plan.
  • Delivery of the revenue target for the region.
  • Managing net new business development and existing customers relationships.
  • Effective channel management of regional partners.
  • Selection, and onboarding of, new channel partners as required to hit the revenue targets.
  • Management of all routes to market, whilst developing a continuous expansion plan.
  • Representation of the Rakuten Symphony business at industry events.
  • Customer facing responsibilities making sure all C Suite decision makers are onboard.

Requirements :

  • 15+ years of professional experience in a software sales roles.
  • Business Acumen and customer-facing skills.
  • Experience in Enterprise account management.
  • Manage in cross-functional matrix team.
  • Understanding of roles, methods, processes, and best practices in a similar role.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, driving commitment across teams and peers.
  • Key attributes :

  • Experience in working in the MEA region with enterprise customers.
  • Account management skills with enterprise end-user contacts.
  • Experience and understanding of regional channel partners.
