Responsibilities Operate and monitor plant machinery and equipment to ensure smooth production operations Perform routine checks and maintenance on equipment to ensure it is running efficiently Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or equipment malfunctions Monitor process parameters adjusting them as needed to meet production requirements Record operational data and report on production activities Requirements Proven experience as a Plant Operator in a manufacturing or industrial setting Strong knowledge of plant operations machinery and safety procedures Ability to monitor and adjust operational parameters efficiently Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
