Job Summary :
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Content Lead with hands-on experience in event ticketing, entertainment, and / or tourism marketing within the UAE. This role is ideal for someone who understands the unique dynamics of promoting events, attractions, and experiences in a highly competitive and multicultural environment. You will develop and execute impactful digital campaigns, lead content creation, and drive audience engagement across our digital channels.
This is a hands-on role for someone who knows how to connect with diverse audiences while aligning marketing efforts with business goals such as ticket sales, brand visibility, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across social media, email, paid media, and messaging platforms.
- Drive the creation of engaging, on-brand content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, TikTok, WhatsApp, Telegram, and VK.
- Analyze performance metrics and audience insights to optimize campaign impact and report results to internal stakeholders.
- Manage and grow our digital presence by building online communities and fostering brand engagement around events, experiences, and promotions.
- Collaborate with design, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent and effective messaging across all touchpoints.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and competitive activity, particularly in the UAE entertainment and tourism sectors.
- Support influencer partnerships, brand collaborations, and community outreach campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
- Localize content and messaging for both international audiences in the UAE; fluency in Arabic and / or Russian is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–4 years of experience in digital marketing and content leadership roles, ideally within the event ticketing, entertainment, or tourism sectors.
- Strong written and visual content creation skills in English; fluency in Russian and / or Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of SEO and online content strategy.
- Proficiency with digital tools and ad platforms, including Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, VK Ads, and Yandex Ads.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead projects from concept to execution in a fast-paced environment.
- A passion for live events, cultural experiences, and the UAE tourism ecosystem.
