Housekeeping Supervisor

Supervise and coordinate the housekeeping staff to ensure cleanliness standards are consistently met Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms corridors public areas and other spaces to ensure they meet the hotel s cleanliness standards Assign tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance providing guidance and support when needed Proven experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor or in a similar role in the hospitality industry Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise a team Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and standards in a luxury hotel environment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
