Responsibilities Manage and control all project documentation including drawings reports contracts and correspondence Ensure proper documentation filing tracking and version control Distribute documents to relevant stakeholders as per project requirements Maintain a document register and ensure timely updates Assist in preparing project reports and recordkeeping Ensure compliance with company and project documentation standards Coordinate with site teams clients and subcontractors regarding documentation Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain confidentiality Qualifications and Skill Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry in the UAE Relevant Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field attested in the UAE Solid organizational skills including multitasking and time management Excellent communication and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders Proficiency in document management software and MS Office
