To strengthen their retail operations, they’re seeking a trustworthy and meticulous Cashier who can manage front-desk transactions while delivering a seamless customer experience.
- Manage all customer transactions (cash, card, digital) accurately and efficiently.
- Handle billing, returns, and refunds as per company policy.
- Reconcile cash drawer and maintain transaction records.
- Support daily sales reporting and coordinate with the accounts team.
- Ensure the billing counter is organized and stocked.
- Liaise with the sales team for pricing and stock queries.
- Report any discrepancies or issues promptly
Requirements
Prior experience (1–2 years) in a cashiering or billing role within a retail or customer-facing environment.Basic understanding of accounting principles and cash handling.Familiarity with POS systems and MS Office tools, especially Excel.High attention to detail and numerical accuracy.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy retail setting.Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.Benefits
