The ideal candidate will be the point of contact for colleagues This candidate will keep schedules tracking provide feedback documentation and information in order to facilitate team activity They will work closely with sales team to maximize performance Responsible for the Beverage Ingredients division and reports directly to BDM and Director Lead generation Manage customer enquiry in coordination with BDM Responsible in tracking orders coordinating with production team completion of documents until delivery Prepares sales data presentations for the meetings Inventory and shipment of samples Social Media posting and providing analysis Administrative support for sales team Qualifications Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience 2 years experience in sales admin related role Wellorganized with an aptitude in problemsolving Would be able to develop innovative solutions Strong verbal and written communication skills Knowledge with ZOHO software
