Job Description

Position : General Manager

As a General Manager, you will be an ambassador of the brand and the property. Your leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and strategic vision will drive an engaged team, guest satisfaction, and maximized operating results. You will bring your strong commercial and business acumen, along with tenacity, to drive revenue, exceed targets, and position the property within the (Premium, midscale, economy) marketplace.

You will be responsible for :

  • Leading, inspiring, collaborating, and supporting your team to deliver exceptional standards
  • Managing the overall strategic direction of the property and supporting all departments in achieving operational targets
  • Maximizing profitability and managing financial performance
  • Ensuring full compliance with operating controls and legislation
  • Participating actively in recruitment to select the best candidates
  • Championing employee engagement and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment
  • Building relationships within the local community
  • Driving a service culture among all hotel teams
  • Maintaining product and service quality standards to exceed guest expectations
  • Promoting the brand and ensuring brand standards are consistently met
  • Creating positive, effective, and sustainable working relationships at all levels

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include :

  • Previous leadership experience in a similar hotel brand or business, preferably with resort experience
  • A passion for growth and development of self and others
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Strategic thinking, creativity, and effective communication
  • A proven leader who can inspire others
  • Strong business acumen with success in driving commercial performance and achieving KPIs
  • Living the brand :

  • Developing accurate and ambitious financial objectives aligned with the brand strategy
  • Interacting positively with team members to ensure a luxury guest experience
  • Fostering positive owner relations and maximizing hotel performance
