Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and / or Vectorworks. Strong understanding of outdoor construction methods, drainage, grading, and plant selection. Excellent communication, visualization, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Knowledge of permitting processes a plus.
Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architectural Designer with experience in landscape and pool design to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in conceptualizing, developing, and executing residential outdoor living spaces that include custom pools, patios, gardens, hardscaping, and more.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop innovative and functional landscape and pool designs that align with client needs, site constraints, and budget.
- Create conceptual drawings, 2D site plans, 3D models, and presentation renderings.
- Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients throughout the design and build process.
- Prepare construction documents, details, and specifications in accordance with industry standards.
- Conduct site analysis .
- Select materials, plants, lighting, and finishes appropriate for outdoor environments.
- Attend client meetings and present design concepts clearly and professionally.
- Ensure design intent is maintained through construction with periodic site visits.
