MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Job Responsibilities :

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems at construction sites, ensuring full compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Review HVAC system designs, shop drawings, coordination layouts, and material submittals for technical accuracy and constructability.

Monitor and manage day-to-day site activities related to HVAC execution, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule adherence.

Coordinate with other MEP disciplines and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and resolve technical issues effectively.

Conduct site inspections, system performance testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems including ductwork, chilled water systems, ventilation, and controls.

Prepare and maintain project documentation such as RFIs, method statements, material take-offs, progress reports, and snag lists.

aise with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and execution in accordance withproject milestones.

Ensure compliance with local authority regulations such as DEWA, DM, ADDC.
