Job Summary :
We are seeking a results-driven and relationship-focused Key Account Manager to oversee and grow a portfolio of high-value clients in the iGaming sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing iGaming and sportsbook brands, handling team performance, driving operational improvements, and building long-term client relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and has a proven track record in brand growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow assigned iGaming accounts to ensure high engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Serve as the main point of contact for key clients, offering support, insights, and strategic direction
- Analyze account performance data including deposits, withdrawals, and player activity to drive optimization
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Product, Support, Finance) to ensure smooth operations
- Track team performance, implement incentive structures, and monitor KPIs
- Deliver regular reports and strategic updates to internal stakeholders and clients
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal company policies
- Support the onboarding and training of team members
- Monitor market trends and competitors to stay ahead of the curve
- Negotiate and renew contracts as required
Requirements :
Proven experience in iGaming, with a strong understanding of sportsbook operationsPrevious experience managing iGaming brands and leading teamsFamiliarity with operational processes, reporting systems, and compliance requirementsStrong administrative and coordination skillsData-driven approach with the ability to analyze and act on performance metricsProficiency in CRM tools, Microsoft Office, and Google WorkspaceExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldFluent in English; Hindi is required.
