FP&A-Financial Planning and Analysis- Own Visa / Spouse Visa

Job Summary :

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) professional to join our finance team. This role is responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and providing analytical support to drive strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, a deep understanding of financial statements, and the ability to communicate financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.

Partner with business units to provide financial insights and performance metrics.

Analyze historical financial data and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis for business cases and investments.

Contribute to board presentations, investor decks, and management reporting packages.

Assist with cash flow forecasting and working capital analysis.

Enhance and maintain financial systems and tools for improved reporting efficiency.

Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and accounting standards.

Qualifications :

Bachelor s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA or CPA is a plus).

3 7+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, corporate finance, or investment banking (depending on seniority).

Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling.

Experience with financial systems such as SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
