We are looking for a talented Chef de Partie with experience in 4 or 5star hotels within Oman or the GCC The role involves managing a specific section of the kitchen ensuring food quality and supervising junior staff Key Responsibilities Prepare and present dishes to high standards Oversee a specific kitchen section e g grill sauce pastry Maintain hygiene and safety standards Train and supervise Commis and Demi Chef staff Ensure consistency and timely preparation during service Requirements Experience in 4 or 5star hotel kitchens Strong knowledge of international and regional cuisines Fluency in English Ability to work under pressure and lead a small team
