Finance Director

Our client, a large trading company, is urgently looking for an experienced Finance Director who will be based in their office in Dubai. For this role, you will be expected to manage the financial resources of the company and conduct resource planning for future needs. You will be responsible for the strategic planning of the company. You will monitor the preparation of the financial budget and send the report to the board of directors of the organization. You will supervise business performance and takes steps to improve the performance of the organization.

You will coordinate with the senior and junior management of other departments as well, as every department in the organization is directly or indirectly associated with the finance department. Furthermore, you will design the company's financial policies, rules and regulations, and makes sure that every department adheres to them.

To be considered for the role, you should be a degree holder, preferably has done additional qualification in accounting with minimum 10 years of experience in the same field within a trading, retail or electronic business. You should have strong acumen in doing the budget, forecasting and business analysis for the business. Strong communication in Arabic and English is required.
