Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field Proven experience as an Erection Foreman or Supervisor in precast or steel erection projects Strong leadership and team management skills Knowledge of erection techniques tools and safety standards Ability to read and interpret construction drawings Good communication and problemsolving skills
