Accountant Accounts Assistant

We re seeking a skilled Accountant Accounts Assistant with handson experience in the steel fabrication or manufacturing industry preferred The ideal candidate should be detailoriented organized and experienced with ERP systems Key Responsibilities Process payments for vendors subcontractors insurance and admin expenses Perform monthly reconciliation of supplier and intercompany accounts Manage journal vouchers bank receipts and petty cash Handle payroll leave salary and final settlements Assist with client invoicing and production cost tracking Support internal external audits and assist in month yearend closings Maintain accurate and uptodate entries in the ERP system Requirements Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting Minimum 3 years of accounting experience fabrication construction sector preferred Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems Strong skills in reconciliation reporting and communication
