Position : Real Estate Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the property sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Dubai real estate market
- Manage the full sales cycle : from lead qualification and client engagement to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and development teams to align sales efforts
- Coach, mentor, and monitor sales agents' performance to ensure team success
- Stay updated with Dubai real estate trends, developer launches, legal regulations, and competitive offerings
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in Dubai real estate sales (mandatory)At least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role within the real estate industryProven record of successfully closing high-value deals in the Dubai marketDeep understanding of Dubai’s property sector, major developers, and buyer trendsStrong leadership, negotiation, and client relationship skillsValid UAE driving licenseExperience with CRM systems and real estate portals Property Finder, Bayut)
