Logistics Professional Job Location UAE Responsibilities Scheduling drivers to optimize freight delivery routes and collect shipments in a timely manner Communicating effectively with customers regarding freight details including delivery or pickup times and special handling requests Planning and optimizing predetermined routes while accommodating changes as needed Preparing dispatch documents generating freight bills and invoices and maintaining accurate records Monitoring transportation regulations and laws to ensure compliance among truck drivers Reviewing driver logs and monitoring arrival times to guarantee ontime deliveries Maintaining uptodate records of customer shipping schedules and complaints Key Requirements Experience in dispatch operations dispatching and rearloader truck management Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced environment and adapt to changing circumstances Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong organizational and time management skills
