Registered Nurse Job Location UAE Key Responsibilities Assess plan and implement individualized care for patients Administer medications treatments and intravenous therapy as prescribed Monitor patient conditions and document changes in health status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and adjust care plans Educate patients and families on health management and postcare procedures Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with healthcare standards Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols Skills Proficient in patient assessment and critical thinking Strong knowledge of medical terminology pharmacology and care planning Skilled in operating medical equipment such as infusion pumps monitors and ventilators Expertise in wound care venipuncture and administering injections Familiarity with electronic medical records EMR systems Active Registered Nurse RN license in UAE Valid nursing license and certification in Basic Life Support BLS and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support ACLS
