الوصف الوظيفيProvide medical care to premature or critically ill newborns in the NICU Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans for each patient Monitor and manage neonatal patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing education and emotional support Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients Train and supervise medical staff, including residents, students, and nurses
Qualifications :
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
- Board certification in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine
- Current state medical license
- Proficiency in neonatal procedures, including intubation and chest tube placement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment
