As the company continues to grow and expand, we are seeking a skilled Implementation Consultant to lead the deployment of our cutting-edge track and trace system.
Requirements
- Implement and configure track and trace software for clients;
- Tailor system settings to meet local business practices and regulatory requirements;
- Translate complex regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable steps for clients;
- Oversee system integration, testing, onboarding, and ongoing support;
- Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and internal teams;
- Deliver training sessions and provide continuous functional and technical support;
- Collect client feedback and collaborate with the product team to drive improvements.
- 3–5 years of experience in IT implementation or functional consulting;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with client-facing experience;
- Solid understanding of business processes, ideally in supply chain, logistics, or regulatory compliance;
- Experience in regulated industries is an advantage;
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation, coordination, and issue-tracking capabilities;
- Familiarity with APIs, integration workflows, and system testing methodologies;
- Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher); Arabic is a strong plus.
