Overview of the role :
The HR analyst will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and interpreting data related to HR programs. This role involves working closely with the respective functional team to ensure that data-driven insights inform decision-making and optimize the effectiveness of training initiatives. This involves utilizing various data sources, tools, and methodologies to assess the impact of HR programs and provide actionable recommendations.
In addition, the HR analyst will manage the administrative aspects of the organization's and number of processes related to budgeting, reporting , organization maintenance on SAP / SuccessFactors .Plays a key role with the generalist knowledge to support different priorities within the department.
What you will do : Reporting
- Supporting the line manager in analysing and reporting of data, including Manpower and financial reports, headcount, attrition, Emiratisation etc. specific to the operations.
- Produce and manipulate excel tables to an advanced level, with a strong attention to detail.
- Report and analyse all data produced, including the tracking and measurements of deliveries done for all brands.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports related to workforce planning, diversity, and nationalization goals, including Emiratization
Manpower Budge
Supports Divisional HR team to collate manpower requirements from management, validating variable budget assumptions, correct data entry to planning tool for each cost centre. Creates Headcount tracking sheets by band by cost centre together with the budget approval.Compiles data for HR reporting, analysis data and variance and prepares the report.HR Compliance, Process, HR digital transformation & Data Governance & Quality
Review and consolidated all internal recruitment / salary proposal cases, make sure the submission are in compliance with policies.Support the LM in all HR digital transformation initiatives includes SAP system upgradation, SuccessFactors (EC) implementation etc.,Ensure data integrity and consistency across HR systems, particularly related to nationality, job roles, development programs, and employment status.Implement quality checks and validate data used in government reporting or internal planningEmiratization Analytics :
Monitor Emirati hiring, retention, development, and progression trendsProvide data-driven insights on Emiratization initiatives to HR, business units, and government stakeholders.Track compliance with Emiratization targets and support reporting to regulatory authorities (e.g., MOHRE, NAFIS)Other Operations :
Make sure all reports within data centres / storage are updated on monthly basis with data AccuracyMake sure all reporting are updated in PPT template and distributed among the key HR members.Stakeholder Collaboration :
Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to align data insights with nationalization strategiesPresent findings and recommendations to senior management to drive action plans and policy adjustments.Required Skills to be successful :
