Operation Theatre Nurse

Key Responsibilities Assist surgeons and medical staff during surgical procedures by providing necessary instruments and supplies Ensure the sterile field is maintained and assist in preparing the operating room before during and after surgeries Monitor patients vital signs and conditions pre and postsurgery and provide immediate support as needed Handle surgical instruments and supplies safely ensuring proper sterilization procedures are followed Maintain accurate and uptodate patient records and assist in documenting surgical procedures Communicate effectively with surgeons anesthetists and other medical staff to ensure smooth surgical operations Requirements Bachelor s degree in Nursing BSN from a recognized institution Valid DHA MOH DOH license or eligibility to practice in the UAE Minimum 2 years of experience in an operation theatre or surgical nursing role Strong knowledge of sterile techniques surgical instruments and emergency procedures Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a highpressure environment Compassionate detailoriented and committed to patient safety and care
