Job Description and Requirements
Mission
- Liaise with vessel asset / operations management, competent authorities, subcontractors, and various functions involved in supply chain management to ensure project equipment and material mobilization / demobilization, customs clearance, tracking, handling, storage, and final delivery onto vessel are executed safely and timely.
- Coordinate with the fleet and supervise Marine Agency services, customs, immigration formalities, and support supply of food, fuel, fresh waters, materials, and waste disposal, including crew changes, in accordance with project requirements and safety standards.
- Support the project by coordinating logistics activities according to the logistic plan and / or method of statement, managing the logistics team and subcontractors.
Tasks
In relation to specific assigned tasks, may include :
Coordinate marine fleet inward / outward formalities and customs, arrange vessel navigation and permits, and ensure compliance with local regulations. Manage customs formalities from material receipt to offshore transportation and vice versa, liaising with tax and supply chain departments to prevent issues affecting project execution.Arrange and provide supplies required by the marine operating fleet.Support vessel management and HR in personnel coordination, crew changes, and immigration formalities.Supervise waste disposal services related to offshore vessels, ensuring all licenses and permits are obtained in collaboration with HSE.Maintain records of services rendered by local subcontractors, ensuring contractual compliance and facilitating invoicing.Inspect received materials for condition and proper documentation, and coordinate remedial actions for damages or discrepancies.Ensure equipment is certified for offshore use and suitable for project needs, managing inventory and storage considerations.Coordinate with vessel storekeepers, VMS, and project engineers to deliver materials safely and on schedule, managing supply vessel operations and documentation.Maintain traceability of materials from delivery to final vessel, updating project databases accordingly.Work with Supply Chain and clients to optimize goods collection and transportation, ensuring safe loading and compliance with schedules.How to Apply :
