The Opportunity

Lead the complete transportation ecosystem for a world-class destination resort. You'll design, implement, and operate seamless multi-modal transportation services that define the guest experience from arrival to departure.

What You'll Build

Multi-Modal Transportation Network : Integrate land, sea, and air transport solutions

Premium Service Standards : Create operational excellence across all transportation touchpoints

End-to-End Guest Journey : Design seamless connections between airports, accommodations, and experiences

High-Performance Teams : Build and lead transportation operations from startup to full scale

Strategic Partnerships : Manage relationships with operators, contractors, and service providers

What We Need

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, Business, or related field

10+ years of transportation / logistics industry experience

5+ years senior management or director-level leadership

Premium hospitality or high-end service industry background

Pre-opening / startup operations experience preferred

Middle East experience is highly advantageous

Proven track record scaling transportation operations

Executive presence with stakeholder management skills

Strategic planning and operational excellence

P&L management and cost optimization

Team building and leadership development

Vendor / contractor relationship management

Guest experience focus and service quality standards
