Senior Interior Designer

Responsibilities Plan execute and close interior fitout projects within scope time and budget Coordinate with clients design teams procurement and site teams Prepare project schedules budgets and resource plans Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that arise Ensure quality standards and safety regulations are met Review and approve project documentation and shop drawings Manage project team and subcontractors Conduct site inspections and oversee construction activities Requirements Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Architecture or related field Proven experience as a Project Manager in interior fitout or construction projects Strong leadership organizational and communication skills Knowledge of project management software like MS Project Primavera or similar Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously Immediate availability preferred
