Job Summary :
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Support Cleaning professional to assist the Cleaning Manager with scheduling, coordination, and administrative duties related to cleaning operations. This is an office-based role, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment, can juggle multiple schedules, and ensures that cleaning operations run smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create, update, and manage cleaning schedules for the housekeeping team across multiple properties.
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely access, handovers, and readiness of properties for cleaning.
- Maintain accurate records of cleaning logs, staff attendance, supply usage, and reporting documentation.
- Monitor completion of cleaning tasks, flag delays or issues, and follow up with the on-ground team.
- Assist with tracking stock levels of cleaning supplies and equipment and notify the Cleaning Manager when replenishment is needed.
- Prepare daily / weekly reports on cleaning performance, task completion, and schedule adherence.
- Act as the right hand to the Cleaning Manager, helping to ensure operational effectiveness and consistency.
Qualifications :
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role (preferably in cleaning, housekeeping, or facilities management).Strong organizational and multitasking skills.High attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.Good written and verbal communication skills in English.Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and scheduling tools.Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment
