KEY RESONSIBILITIES
Discovery & Research
- Engage with department heads (housekeeping, maintenance, customer service, reservations, etc.) to identify pain points and improvement opportunities
- Document operational workflows and analyze process inefficiencies
- Research emerging tools, technologies, and digital strategies relevant to our industry
Solution Design
Translate business challenges into clear digital requirements, user stories, and process mapsDefine project scopes, solution architecture (in collaboration with IT / developers), and automation opportunitiesRecommend the best mix of off-the-shelf tools, custom development, and process changesProject Planning & Management
Build timelines, allocate resources, and define milestones for digital initiativesCoordinate internal teams, vendors, and developers to deliver the projectTrack progress, flag blockers, and ensure timely executionEnsure proper documentation (BRDs, flow diagrams, process notes)Implementation & Rollout
Support QA and UAT phases, ensuring the solution is practical and scalableLead onboarding and rollout across relevant departmentsDevelop SOPs, training materials, and change management plans to ensure team adoptionMonitor post-deployment results and collect feedback for iterative improvementQUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
4+ years in digital transformation, process improvement, or business systems implementationProven track record of independently leading projects from concept to rolloutStrong understanding of process design, automation, and system integrationExperience working with or around software like PMS systems, Guesty, Zapier / Make, task schedulers, or CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.High-level proficiency in process mapping (Lucidchart, BPMN, UML)Strong communication, cross-functional coordination, and stakeholder management skillsFamiliarity with task / project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, etc.)
