Civil Inspector

Key Responsibilities Monitor construction work to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications Inspect materials and workmanship to ensure quality standards Enforce safety procedures and protocols onsite Review and verify site documentation including inspection reports and progress reports Coordinate with contractors consultants and project managers Identify and report nonconformance issues and recommend corrective actions Ensure project milestones are met within quality and safety standards Conduct regular site visits and inspections Requirements Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering Master s degree is a plus 15 20 years of site supervision experience with a minimum of 5 years in the UAE Strong knowledge of construction methods materials and safety standards Excellent communication and leadership skills Ability to analyze technical drawings and specifications Valid UAE driving license preferred
