We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to drive the design and implementation of enterprise solutions with a strong focus on Salesforce and other integrated applications. The ideal candidate will work closely with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to architect scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions that meet both current and future business needs. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, integration strategies, and enterprise systems, alongside excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Education :
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or Salesforce Certified System Architect are

highly preferred.

Experience :

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 5 years focused on Salesforce solutions, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing

Cloud, and other Salesforce platforms.

Proven experience in leading large-scale Salesforce implementations, including integration with other enterprise systems.

Strong experience in designing enterprise-wide solutions, including data architecture, application architecture, security, and integration design.

Skills :

Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, development tools, and integration capabilities.

Extensive experience with enterprise integration technologies (Mulesoft, Informatica, Dell Boomi, etc.) and APIs (REST, SOAP).

Proficiency in architectural frameworks and methodologies such as TOGAF, Zachman, or others.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to assess complex business problems and provide well-considered technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influencing decision-making processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience with multi-cloud architecture, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Prior experience with agile methodologies, including working within agile development teams and Scrum frameworks.
