With active operations in Egypt and Dubai, and clients across the banking, oil & gas, industrial, and government sectors, we are now scaling up our UAE presence and seeking a visionary Co-founder to lead this journey.

Role Overview

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, high-impact Co-founder to launch and scale QHSSE PLATFORM’s UAE branch. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with deep market knowledge in the UAE, particularly in HSE, ESG, training, or technology , and strong networks with enterprise clients, regulators, or investors.

As a Co-founder, you’ll shape the local strategy, lead operations, build the team, and drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with the Group CEO and act as the face of the company in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the strategic development and execution of QHSSE PLATFORM UAE.
  • Establish and manage client relationships , especially with high-potential sectors (e.g., oil & gas, construction, manufacturing, government).
  • Drive business development , including tenders, partnerships, and enterprise contracts.
  • Support the launch and delivery of our 360° HSE Compliance Programs , ESG consulting, and digital training solutions.
  • Build and oversee a local team , with support from regional HQ.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Participate in investor, board, and strategic meetings.
  • Champion the brand in the UAE market through thought leadership and strategic outreach.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in HSE, ESG, consulting, or digital training solutions .
  • Strong network within UAE industries or government entities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with experience in business setup or scaling ventures .
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing high-value client accounts or partnerships.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is a strong advantage).
  • UAE residency or ability to relocate.
