Project Coordinator / Document Control

Key Responsibilities

1.Develop and maintain a document management system for project-related documents, ensuring easy retrieval and tracking.

2.Control the flow of documents by receiving, logging, distributing, and archiving project related documents (drawings, contracts, specifications, etc.).

3.Coordinate with project teams and departments to ensure that documents are updated, reviewed, and approved on time.

4.Monitor and manage document revisions, ensuring that the latest versions are readily accessible.

5.Assist in compiling and preparing reports, progress tracking documents, and other related documentation for project stakeholders.

6.Ensure compliance with company standards and legal regulations in document management processes.

7.Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure proper documentation control of drawings, designs, and specifications.

8.Maintain a proper filing system (physical and digital) for the archiving of project documents and ensure easy access when required.

9.Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Qualifications and Skills

1.Minimum 5 years of experience in document control, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or design industry.

2.Strong knowledge of document control processes, systems, and software.

3.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management software.

4.Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

5.Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with multiple teams.

6.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

7.Familiarity with construction or design-related terminology and processes is a plus.

8.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
