This is a high-impact global position, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, and plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand's international presence and appeal to ultra-high-net-worth and high-net-worth individuals.
Job Description
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the luxury market segment.
- Build and own the global luxury segment strategy (not market-specific), targeting UHNW and HNW audiences.
- Conceptualize and lead the creation of bespoke luxury content across owned, earned, and paid channels, appealing to affluent travelers.
- Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the company's competitiveness in the luxury sector.
- Build go-to-market strategies for high-end Real Estate
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the luxury market and marketing practices.
- Lead customer profiling, segmentation, and journey mapping.
- Utilize data analytics, market research, and CRM insights to guide strategic decisions and personalize customer experiences. Product Mix Strategy
- Collaborate with the product development and sales teams to develop and promote the right product mix based on demand, market trends, and customer insights.
- Shape messaging strategies to highlight key product USPs across segments (luxury, mid-market, investment).
Experience Centres & Show Homes
Oversee the design, branding, and operational execution of show homes and experience centres to deliver immersive, emotionally engaging experiences.Ensure alignment with brand storytelling, architecture, and customer experience strategies.Events & Activation Strategy
Develop and execute high-impact events, exhibitions (e.g., Cityscape), broker activations, and investor roadshows.Coordinate all physical and digital activations to reinforce brand positioning and drive qualified traffic.Skills & Qualifications
12–15 years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the luxury segmentMandatory experience within the GCC regionProven ability to identify target audiences and craft impactful, effective campaignsDeep understanding of the full marketing mix across digital and offline channelsStrong analytical mindset paired with creative strategic thinkingHighly data-driven, with strong numerical and research skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilitiesWell-versed in the latest marketing trends, tools, and best practicesSeniority level
