Assist the Public Relations Manager in all administrative tasks including organizing their calendar and take Executive Committee meeting minutes
Generate reports and encodes all relative payment charges to concerned departments for their visa processing fees, attestations, legal translations, Emirates ID, medical fees and cancellation charges to all Colleagues whether it is for renewals, new arrivals, absconders, terminations or resignations
Contributes to the team’s effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Responsible for handling confidential documents such as the Company’s trade licenses, certificates and the likes
Coordinates with Human Resources with records by developing a filing retrieval system for the PRO department; keeping past and current record (soft and hardcopies)
Updates relevant information of Colleagues into the PR Systems (EPRO)
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending relevant trainings in order to keep Colleagues up to date with company information.
